Road Kill Chpt 4

Time Goes Bye

During the second year of school Sid’s grades had begun to slip, after all, in his own words, he hadn’t been the brightest star in the universe. However his constant drinking and marijuana use hadn’t helped matters, any brain cells that he may have had most certainly had been fried by his daily over use of both, also he’d had a few run-ins with the law, but no arrests, only warnings.

She’d become a one man woman; LoyAnn turned over a new leaf and wouldn’t jump into the sack with any swinging dick that may’ve happened by. Really she hadn’t loved Sid in the traditional sense of the word, but she’d loved him in HER own way. LoyAnn had worked hard in school, gotten a part time job to support Sid’s bad habits and worked hard in bed to keep her man. She’d known that if she hadn’t tried as hard as she could to keep Sid, he would have found another woman and she hadn’t been willing to share Sid with any other woman!!

She’d felt that they’d turned the corner in their once tumultuous relationship and had been heading down the right path. She’d known that Sid had been having a hard time with classes and his extracurricular habits had gotten a bit out of control, but at the end of the day he hadn’t been such a bad guy, she could have done worse… or so she’d thought then…

One day Sid had come home and out of the blue announced. “I’m fed up with this shitty life, I’m going to enlist in the Marines!!!”

“What the fuck are you taking about?” LoyAnn had replied.

“I’ve seen the light babe,” he’d answered. “I’ve been abusing my body for too long. My brain is like scrambled eggs and some times I don’t even know what day of the week it is! I can’t even get a decent hard on when I want to fuck you. I feel like shit! I know that you’ve tried your best to make me feel like a man, but I know sometimes you feel frustrated. I’m going to clean up my act; I’m off to Paris Island for training where I’ll clean my body and my brain. LoyAnn, I’ve seen the error in my ways, I’m going to repent.”

‘Oh my god what’s happed to Sid?’ she’d though. ‘Maybe his brain is really fried and he’s no idea what he’s saying.’

However that’d been far from the truth, within three weeks he’d been off to the Corpse to mend his ways and become a new man.

He came back to see her after he’d completed his basic training and in fact had become a new man. No drinking, no pot and had been incredible in bed. He’d made her cum again and again and after their first love making session she’d thought that she was going to cum to death! God he’d been great in bed! Before he had to leave for an overseas assignment he’d been on a one month leave from the Corpse. Some days it seemed as though they’d never left their bed. Often she’d commented that Sid had been trying to fuck her to death and they’d laughed and laughed, then continued their passionate love making sessions. The time had flown by too quickly and soon he’d been kissing her good bye.

At first he’d written her at least once a week, telling her of the atrocities of the war; the savage killings, the brutal beatings, the senseless killing of woman and children. During his tour of duty the mood of his letters had changed, at first he’d told her how much he missed her, how much he loved her, and how he planned to ask her to marry him after his return. But his tone slowly had changed, he began saying how stupid the war had been, the only thing they’d do all day was to eat, kill and sleep. Some times his letters had contained pages and pages of senseless ramblings about the stupidity of the generals in Washington who were running the war. He’d called it the oil war; no one lost, no one won, only big business had profited from the price of oil. It’d been a war that’d been fought by the common man for the big corporations so that big business could flourish. Often he’d said that it hadn’t mattered how much blood was spilled as long as the oil kept flowing.

After he’d completed his tour of duty and been discharged Sid returned to LoyAnn. By then she’d graduated for college and found a decent job in Denver. She’d become a Food Biologist for Coors brewing. The job had been great, the company paid her well, the working environment was good and Denver itself was a beautiful area to live.

It’d seemed that Sid had fit in well, but sometimes he’d become very moody, over all however things had been OK between them. At first they’d moved in together just like college days but Sid had found a rather good job working for a small company about a two hour ride outside of the city and it would be better if he moved near his job, with the price of gas and all. At first LoyAnn had resented the fact the again he would be leaving her, but finally had given in when Sid had asked her to marry him.

Time had passed, six months and then a year. Soon after Sid had become successful at the company things had begun to change. He’d been promoted to National Sales Manager and over 15 people had been working for him. He’d been required to do some moderate traveling, but nothing that even had kept him away from LoyAnn for too long a period of time. They’d tried to sleep together as often as possible and the passion of their love making hadn’t cooled, in fact she’d thought that Sid had become even better than before.

Sid, however, had kept putting off the date of their planned wedding; at first this had been OK with her as she wanted her man to be successful in his job. But in the long run it’d started to annoy her, always there’d been one excuse after another; if it hadn’t been the job, it’d been something else. But always she’d given in, she’d been soft, too soft, even Sid had told her that she needed to shape up, she needed to stop others from pushing her around.

So just on a whim and to kill a little time she’d enrolled in some self-defense classes at the health club. Her instructor had been a woman, or least that’s what she’d said she was. ‘If her aunt Julie were here now,’ she’d thought, ‘I’m sure she’d fall for this dyke.’ She’d been brutal and never let up on LoyAnn, she kept telling her that she was weak and worthless. Many a night LoyAnn had returned home from the self-defense class, her ass dragging, but she’d not given up. ‘This may come in handy some day,’ she’d thought. Little had she known as to how much her life would depend on it.
